1. About us

This website is operated by Fur & Fresh ("we", "us", "our"), a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. You can contact us at kianhenry13@gmail.com. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Using our website

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force when you place your order will apply to that order.

3. Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly from images. Our products are intended for use on suitable household fabrics and surfaces; please follow any care instructions supplied and test on a small, hidden area first.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure checkout. If we discover a pricing error, we'll contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5. Your order

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we dispatch your order. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in pricing or description, or if we suspect fraud.

6. Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery details and timescales are set out in our Shipping Policy.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving them. Full details, including how to return faulty items, are set out in our Refund Policy.

8. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

9. Liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

The content on this website, including text, images and branding, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.
