Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery is free on our products. Any delivery charge that applies will always be shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery times

• Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days.
• Your order is shipped directly from our fulfilment partner's warehouse. Delivery usually takes 4 to 7 working days from dispatch, though some orders can take up to 14 working days.
• If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

These times are estimates and can occasionally be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before your order is dispatched.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 21 working days of ordering, please email us at kianhenry13@gmail.com with your order number and we'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
